What is a DTF Transfer?
A DTF transfer (Direct-to-Film transfer) is a high-quality heat transfer that lets you apply full-color designs onto garments and fabrics. The process involves printing your artwork onto a special transfer film using professional inks, coating it with adhesive powder, and then curing it.
When you’re ready to decorate, you simply place the film onto your garment, apply heat with a heat press, peel the film, and your design is permanently bonded to the fabric.
How durable are your transfers?
Our transfers are wash-tested to withstand 50+ washes without fading or cracking when pressed and cared for properly.
What fabrics can I press onto?
DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, fleece, canvas, and more. It even works on tricky fabrics where DTG struggles.
What file types do you accept?
We recommend PNG with transparent background or vector files (AI, PDF, SVG). High-resolution JPGs also work.
What resolution should my artwork be?
At least 300 DPI for best results. Lower resolution may appear blurry or pixelated.
Can I gang multiple designs on one sheet?
Yes! We allow gang sheets so you can fit multiple designs on one transfer sheet and save money. Email us and we'll send a custom invoice for your gang sheet.

Do you resize or edit my design?
We print exactly what you upload. Please size your artwork as you want it printed.

What kind of heat press do I need?
A clamshell or swing-away heat press works best. Home irons are not recommended.
What are the pressing instructions?
- Temp: 300°F (150°C)
- Pressure: Medium-firm
- Time: 15 seconds
- Peel: hot or warm, depending on finish
(Always test your press, as results vary slightly by garment and press type.)
Can I press on dark garments?
Yes, DTF prints are vibrant on light and dark fabrics thanks to the white underbase.
How should I wash my garment?
Wash inside-out, cold water, gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and high heat. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Will the design crack or peel?
Not if pressed correctly and cared for — our transfers stay flexible and resist cracking.
How fast do you ship?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Shipping is free over $99.
Do you accept returns?
Because transfers are custom printed, we cannot accept returns. However, if your transfer is defective or damaged, we’ll replace it.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes, pricing scales down as you order larger sheets or higher quantities. Email us for bulk orders.
